Our service is unique in that we can not only sell you the property but we can also manage it for you, providing you a “hands off” enjoyable experience while enjoying a great return on your investment.

    We feel that we provide a unique product, which sets us apart from our competition. The cornerstone of our product is quality construction. First of all, our properties are new construction, which means the rental income will increase at market rate rather than standardized rates. Secondly, because our properties are new construction, there will be less maintenance, upkeep and renovations. Our in-house maintenance division ensures that the initial construction will remain in excellent condition, that your renters will be happy and that you do not have to engage in the maintenance process yourself. We know our product better than anyone which means when maintenance is necessary, the costs are reduced.

  • Do we have to use your management services if we buy a property from you?

    No, it is entirely up to you whether or not you choose to use us for your management company. You are under no obligation to use our management services or anyone else’s; you can manage it yourself if you so desire or we may be able to recommend a management company for you.
